Applicant privacy notice

What we collect: your name, email, phone, country and city (from the address saved to your Pentagon account), your preferred office, whether you have the right to work where you live, your answer about what you've built with AI agents, your CV and/or work sample and links, and any note you add.

Why: only to assess your application and contact you about it.

Who sees it: the Pentagon Games hiring team. Applications are stored encrypted with your Pentagon account. Your CV is private, never on a public link, and every time a reviewer opens it, that's logged.

How long: 12 months after the role closes. Withdraw anytime from My applications, and your application and CV are deleted.

What we don't ask for: date of birth, photo, gender, nationality, ethnicity, religion, health or ID numbers.

Your rights: you can see, correct or delete your application at any time. See also our privacy policy.
